Student Tribe holds the right to reuse the creative content shared by the user; as and when necessary.

Registration by any user who does not meet the terms of age but has lied about this fact earlier, otherwise misled us about the terms or concealed it from Student Tribe shall be void, and we shall have no liability whatsoever towards such user.

Student Tribe Copyright Policy

Student Tribe believes that content created and shared by you is solely yours and hence, we allow you to have complete control over the information you provide. You confirm and agree that all information (written, graphic, visual, audible) that you provide to Student Tribe shall be lawful, accurate, and complete. If any copyrighted information is provided by the user, Student Tribe shall not be held liable in any legal or extra-legal form.

Referrals

On referring Student Tribe to an acquaintance, we will automatically send an email or instant message inviting him/her to visit the Site. Student Tribe stores this information to send this invitation, for registration and if he/she accepts invitation, and to track success of our referral program.
